iRepair is not responsible for data loss, pre-existing damage, or issues not disclosed prior to repair. Please back up your data before you send it to IRepair. Devices that have been previously repaired, exposed to liquid, or have physical or internal damage may not be repairable.
Mail-in repairs are performed at the customer’s risk. iRepair is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage caused by shipping carriers. Customers are strongly encouraged to use tracked and insured shipping when mailing devices.

Return & Warranty Policy
All repair services are final once completed. No refunds will be issued for completed labor or parts.
If a replacement part fails within 30 days due to manufacturer defect, iRepair will repair or replace the part at no additional labor cost.
This warranty does not cover:
• Physical damage after repair
• Liquid or moisture damage
• Accidental damage
• Software issues or data loss
